We require an individual to operate services to and from Ukraine.  Any candidate should have good experience on the market and ideally experience on other East European lines.

You must be able to speak Ukrainian and English to a good level and be able to work under pressure.  You must also have a good knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.), have a good telephone manner, be able to prioritise & work to deadlines, good organizational skills and be able to work within a team environment but also on your own initiative.  A full job description can be supplied on application.

Job Description:  Export/Import operator for Central Eastern Europe
 
Any candidates will be considered to operate our groupage lines and also full
load department for the Central Eastern Europe Countries.  Any applicant
should have at least 2 years experience in the industry and be able to speak
at least one other East European language, Hungarian is preferable for the
full load section.  Any groupage operator should have good planning
skills for freight and be able to work under pressure to deadlines.

Job Description:   National Sales Executive

In line with our commitment to expansion we are looking to increase our operations in Europe.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

  1. Plan and prioritise personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs and sales - especially managing personal time and productivity.
  2. Plan and manage personal business portfolio/territory/business according to an agreed market development strategy.
  3. Manage product/service mix, pricing and margins according to agreed aims.
  4. Maintain and develop existing and new customers, to optimise quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
  5. Use customer and prospect contact activities tools and systems, and update relevant information held in these systems.
  6. Plan/carry out/support local marketing activities to agreed timescales, and integrate personal sales efforts with other organized marketing activities, eg., agent visits,  product launches, promotions, advertising, exhibitions and telemarketing.
  7. Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
  8. Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.
  9. Record, analyse, report and administer according to systems and requirements.
  10. Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
  11. Attend and present at external customer meetings and internal meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development.
  12. Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.

Job Description: Telephone Sales Executive:

We presently have available a position for an energetic person with an excellent telephone manner.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

  1. Plan and prioritise personal sales activities and customer/prospect telephone contacts to achieve agreed business aims and assisting operations with quotes.
  2. Utilise and learn to use a computerised customer and prospect database.
  3. Plan and carry out direct marketing activities (principally direct mail). 
  4. Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by post and  telephone.
  5. Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support.
  6. Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
  7. Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys.
  8. Maintain and report on equipment and software suitability for direct marketing and sales reporting purposes.
  9. Ideally candidate will be familiar with Miscrosoft Office particularly Word and Exel.
  10. Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills.
